About Us

Title Pro is a storytelling-led media company based in Bolton. We help businesses become more visible

through video production, branding, social media content, paid campaigns and creative strategy.

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Social Media & Content Assistant to join us in our Bolton studio/office.

This is not just a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands that good content

should build trust, create visibility and help businesses attract more opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning weekly social media content.
Writing captions, hooks and post copy.
Creating content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
Scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
Capturing behind-the-scenes content in the studio.
Turning behind-the-scenes footage into social media posts.
Supporting founder-led content.
Helping create case study posts, proof posts and offer-led content.
Supporting selected client social media accounts.
Managing content approvals and feedback where needed.
Preparing simple performance updates.
Engaging with relevant businesses and prospects online.
Helping the team stay consistent with posting.
Using AI tools to support content ideas, captions, scripts and repurposing.

What We're Looking For

Based close enough to work from our Bolton studio/office.
Confident using Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Good at writing clear captions and post ideas.
Interested in short-form video and social media trends.
Organised and reliable.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar.
Able to work independently once given direction.
Creative, but also practical.
Good at turning rough ideas into simple content.
Comfortable working with a small creative team.
Willing to learn and improve.
Interested in business, marketing and growth.

Bonus Skills

Experience managing social media accounts.
Experience working with small businesses.
Canva or basic design experience.
Basic video editing knowledge.
Experience with scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of Meta ads.
Experience writing LinkedIn posts.
Experience creating Reels, TikToks or carousel posts.
Interest in personal branding or founder-led content.

What Success Looks Like

Content is planned and posted consistently.
Captions and posts are clear, professional and engaging.
Content calendars are organised.
Studio and behind-the-scenes content is captured regularly.
Client content support runs smoothly.
Social media activity creates more visibility and conversations.
The team has less day-to-day pressure around posting.
You show initiative, reliability and a willingness to grow.

Hours & Growth

This role will start part-time and will be based at our Bolton studio/office.

There is potential for the role to grow into more hours or a full-time position based on performance, reliability, output and business growth.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, not just complete tasks.

Pay: £15,862.08-£23,132.20 per year
