Motorhome/ Caravan Technician at Flintshire
Motorhome / Caravan Technician
We are seeking a skilled Motorhome / Caravan Technician to carry out servicing, repairs, and accessory installations on motorhomes and campervans.
In this role, you will work on habitation systems, vehicle accessories, and pre-delivery preparation to ensure every vehicle is safe, fully functional, and ready for customers.
This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy varied work beyond standard vehicle servicing.
- Carry out habitation services in line with Industry standards
- Diagnose faults within electrical, water, heating, and appliance systems
- Work on both 12V and 240V electrical systems
- Perform damp inspections and interior repairs
- Install accessories such as solar panels, awnings, alarms, and cameras
- Diagnose battery and charging system issues
- Complete accurate repair reports and job documentation
- Prepare vehicles for sale and customer handover
- Work closely with Service Advisors and customers to resolve issues
- Previous experience as a Motorhome, Caravan, or Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Good knowledge of 12V and 240V electrical systems
- Basic plumbing and interior repair abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- NCC / AWS habitation certification
- LPG or gas qualifications
- Experience installing motorhome accessories
- Experience working with multiple motorhome manufacturers
