About the Role

CL Marble & Granite Installations Ltd operates within the stone installation, construction support, interior finishing, and building materials sector, helping residential and commercial clients complete high-quality marble, granite, and surface installation projects. We are seeking a Construction Services Director to lead project operations, oversee installation delivery, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead marble, granite, and stone installation service operations
Oversee project delivery, site coordination, scheduling, and team performance
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety procedures, and completion reports
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction
Support staff training, workflow planning, and operational improvements
Prepare senior-level reports, project updates, and recommendations for business leadership

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in construction services, stone installation, fit-out projects, building materials, or project delivery
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working with contractors, suppliers, site teams, or commercial clients is an advantage

Skills

Construction services leadership
Installation project delivery
Site coordination and workflow planning
Contractor, supplier, and client communication
Budget monitoring and performance reporting
Strong organisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in construction management, health and safety, project management, or site supervision are an advantage

Pay: £62,000.00-£109,000.00 per year
