Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Llanelli, South Wales
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

About the Role
T&M Group Ltd is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director across a diverse group of businesses operating within construction, civil engineering, grounds maintenance, facilities management, and property sectors.
This is a fast-paced and varied position requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality. The successful candidate will become a key member of the leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Director's activities and wider business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Director's diary, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screening and prioritising emails, telephone calls, and correspondence.
- Preparing professional reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documents.
- Assisting with tender submissions, proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinating meetings with clients, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring actions arising from meetings and ensuring completion.
- Managing confidential company records and maintaining filing systems.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Assisting with company compliance documentation and certifications.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Producing management reports and helping track key business performance metrics.
- Providing general administrative support to the Director and senior management team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within construction, engineering, utilities, facilities management, or property sectors.
- Experience preparing tender documents, quotations, or commercial reports.
- Familiarity with contract administration and project documentation.
