Warehouse - Night Shift
We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative (Night) to work for one of the leading organisations in food wholesale & market leaders in foods and distribution of products within UK. As the Warehouse Operative, you will be accountable for two main functions within the warehouse operation:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Ensuring all stock is located in the correct place and are correctly stored within the respective locations
- Accepting and checking deliveries * Offloading and unpacking goods
- Ensure all stock is handled in a way as to minimize the risk of damage while in stock or during delivery
- Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards
Ideal Candidates:
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment that deals with food
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Ability to work under pressure and to timescales as directed by the Manager
- Conscientious with great teamwork skills
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital
