We're looking for a passionate and organised Wedding Events Co-ordinator to join the team at Brig o’ Doon House Hotel. You’ll play a key role in bringing weddings and events to life, from converting enquiries into bookings through to ensuring every detail is carefully planned and delivered. With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, you’ll help deliver the exceptional standards our guests expect.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and plan weddings and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients and customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
Conduct show rounds, ensuring the venue is set correctly, listening to customer needs and requirements.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain organisation throughout the planning process.
Collaborate with vendors and venues to ensure seamless execution of events
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

A warm, engaging, and professional approach with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and clients.
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Previous experience within hospitality, weddings, events, or sales is desirable.
A full driving licence is essential due to occasional travel requirements.
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, as required by the nature of the role.
