- Assist partners, associates and solicitors in delivering a high-quality service to clients dealing with financial settlements arising from separation and divorce
- Attend client meetings, both in person and remotely
- Join conferences with counsel to support case preparation
- Attend court hearings, either in person or virtually
- Prepare court documents and formal correspondence
- Help manage and organise client files
- Carry out legal research to support ongoing cases
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, whether on the phone or in person, and you’re focused on providing outstanding client service.
- You work well in a team and are flexible in your approach to tasks and challenges.
- You’re keen to learn, ask questions, and make the most of opportunities to build your knowledge.
- You’re self-motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of the Family Finance team.
- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, and you’re open to learning new software tools that support legal work.
