Responsibilities:
Engage and Connect: Reach out to target audiences through various channels to create awareness about our exhibitions and the value they offer. Effectively communicate the benefits of attending and build strong relationships with potential delegates.
Sales: Employ strategic sales and persuasion techniques to secure high-quality delegate registrations for our events. Use your exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the unique value propositions of our exhibitions.
Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with delegates throughout the registration process, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Act as a trusted point of contact, fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Stay up to date with industry news and competitor analysis to refine your approach and maximize results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or related roles ideal. However, we can work with a good can-do attitude.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing market dynamics.
