Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Viewing/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and great people skills.

Duties

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Prepare and maintain communication documents.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to a positive office environment.

Skills

Great customer service skills.
Good with people.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with colleagues and clients.
Proficient in administrative tasks with experience in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
