Experienced Dog Groomer
Direct Pets Grooming – Berwick-upon-Tweed
£15–£16 per hour | 16–35 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to join our brand-new, professionally equipped grooming salon within Direct Pets.
You must be confident completing full grooms independently, safely managing a varied diary and delivering excellent customer service. You will also provide practical support and guidance to less-experienced groomers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong commercial grooming experience.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent proven experience.
- Confidence across different breeds, coat types and temperaments.
- Good scissoring, clipping and finishing skills.
- A calm, welfare-first approach.
- Strong customer communication and diary management.
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a small team.
