Hours: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Central Services Team, you will be required to support our Firms’ admin function with any type of administrative work within our central services and independently complete the task and to support within areas of our central services team.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Amending Documentation and scanning this into the system
- Maintaining our in-house filing system
- Posting out documentation to clients and stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with internal and external parties
- Chasing third parties by email and phone
- Answering incoming calls, when necessary
- Drafting of basic documentation
- Actioning incoming mail – Opening and sorting mail ready for it to be scanned onto our case management system
- Validating scanned documents to ensure that they are allocated to the correct transaction within our case management system
- Photocopying and scanning documents when required
- Documenting incoming special and recorded deliveries
- To action outgoing post promptly and efficiently to/from PLS colleagues.
