We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling and client reception.
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon premises.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hairdressing and beauty industry innovations.
Skills
- Proven experience in store management and advanced barbering techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is desirable.
- Skilled in upselling services to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
