Job summary
Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with each Ward manager and Nursing teams;

In collaboration with the E-rostering lead prepare staff rotas, ensuring that they are efficient and adequate cover is provided Maintain effective control of annual leave, ensuring adequate cover is provided at all times Ensure that adequate stocks of line products are available at all times and liaise with the Linen team to address any daily shortages

Job description

Responsible for undertaking annual cleaning services staff appraisals and setting and agreeing work-plans and objectives, in conjunction with the Assistant Facilities Manager.
Responsible for regularly briefing accountable staff through 1-1 meetings, team briefings and/or walking the floor

To collaborate with the Facilities Cleanliness auditor in developing action plans resulting from cleanliness audits and to be responsible for carrying out those actions;
