Job Summary
eHello is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Teachers to join our teaching team. This role involves delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages and backgrounds through online platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience working with children. Teachers will enjoy flexible working hours while making a positive impact on students' English language development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
- Previous English teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching children or working in education settings is an advantage
- Comfortable teaching English online to students of different ages and levels
- Excellent communication skills and an engaging teaching style
- Reliable internet connection and suitable teaching environment
- Professional, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Availability during peak teaching hours
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online English lessons that encourage active learning and student participation
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate lesson records, attendance, and student progress information
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding learning goals and progress
- Adjust lessons where required to support different abilities and learning needs
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience teaching or tutoring English, preferably online
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual learner needs
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students succeed
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools
