Key Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and a genuine passion for hospitality.
· Provide service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
· Ensure all guest spaces are welcoming, fully stocked, and immaculately maintained.
· Assist with events and guest services across various locations.
· Address maintenance concerns promptly.
· Contribute to the island’s community ethos by fostering teamwork and mutual respect.
· Adhere to health, safety, and compliance policies in all aspects of work.
Essential Skills and Experience
· Previous hospitality experience is essential.
· Skilled in barista techniques and coffee preparation.
· Experience in bartending and delivering a wide range of drinks.
· Confident working independently and taking initiative.
· Knowledgeable in hospitality standards and service excellence.
· Professional, friendly, and attentive to guest needs at all times.
· Current driving license desirable
