Guest Services Coordinator
Tanera Mòr is seeking an organised, proactive, and guest-focused Guest Services Coordinator to help shape and deliver unforgettable visits to one of Scotland's most unique destinations. As part of the Guest Services team, you will play a central role in ensuring every guest journey is seamless, memorable, and reflective of the island's unique character.
Working closely with colleagues from the wider Tanera team, you'll help bring the Tanera experience to life from first enquiry through to post-visit follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage guest visits from initial planning through to departure.
- Work closely with our other Guest Coordinator to develop and deliver bespoke guest itineraries.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Coordinate activities, experiences, transport arrangements, accommodation readiness, and guest logistics.
- Ensure guest information, preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests are accurately communicated across departments.
- Lead operational preparations for guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests, feedback, and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with island teams to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
- Maintain high standards across all guest-facing areas, facilities, and equipment.
- Provide clear operational briefings and guest movement plans to relevant teams.
- Support the development of new guest experiences, activities, and service improvements.
- Share and promote the Tanera story, vision, and values with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure all guest-related activities are delivered safely and in accordance with company policies.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, events, or a customer-facing coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confident, and approachable manner.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating logistics, itineraries, or guest programmes would be advantageous.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across multiple departments.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.

Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week.
- Includes weekends and flexibility around guest requirements.
- No island residency requirement.
- No rotational working pattern.
- Flexible working location depending on guest operations.
