Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team and deliver engaging, inclusive youth programmes that make a real difference in our community.
About the role
You'll build positive relationships with children and young people aged 7–18 (and up to 25 with additional needs), planning and delivering fun, meaningful activities that support their personal, social, and educational development. This role includes some evening work and occasional weekends.

- Plan and deliver high-quality youth sessions and group activities
- Build trusting relationships with young people and support them to achieve their goals
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every young person feels valued
- Work alongside colleagues, volunteers, families, and community partners
- Contribute to programme planning, safeguarding, and monitoring outcomes
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Experience working with young people
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A flexible, inclusive, and team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends
