Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available

We are looking for passionate and reliable Chef de Partie team members to join the kitchen at The Fenwick, an exciting food-led pub reopening under new ownership.

With a focus on fresh food, quality ingredients, and excellent service, The Fenwick is building a strong kitchen team ahead of launch. We are recruiting for multiple positions and are looking for chefs who are hardworking, organised, and enthusiastic about great food.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to help deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a new and ambitious team from the beginning.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
Running your section efficiently during service
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Following health & safety and food safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable and punctual
Passion for quality food and hospitality
Weekend availability is essential
