Job Overview
A&T Trained Dogs is looking for a full-time Videographer and Photographer to join our team and help produce high-quality short-form content for social media.
This role is focused on filming and taking photos. Scripts will be provided, and your main responsibility will be to capture professional, engaging footage that fits our brand and social media goals. We need someone who has a strong creative eye, understands framing and lighting, and can confidently run a shoot independently.
You must be reliable, professional, and able to work to a high standard without close supervision. While scripts will be provided, we are also looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to help improve the overall quality of our content.
Key Responsibilities
- Film short and long form for social media content
- Taking professional photos for social media content
- Capture a minimum of 4 reels per day
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment
- Film in 4K at 60fps
- Follow provided scripts and shot requirements
- Work independently and direct the shoot when needed
- Ensure footage is well framed, visually strong, and ready for the next stage of production
- Maintain a professional approach on set and represent the business well
- Contribute creative ideas to improve video quality and content output
- Capture additional creative shots where suitable, including drone footage if applicable
Essential Requirements
- Must have your own gear
- Must be able to film in 4K 60fps
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling
- Confident setting up and operating lights
- Able to work independently and take ownership of shoots
- Professional, dependable, and able to deliver consistently
- Creative mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas when appropriate
- Strong organisational skills and a good standard of professionalism
Preferred
- Previous experience filming short-form content for social media
- Experience working in fast-paced content environments
- Understanding of how to capture content that performs well on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Owns a drone or has experience operating a drone
- Able to capture aerial footage where appropriate and legally permitted

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
