EcoDuct Ltd currently have an opportunity for a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing department at our Fleetwood site.
Experience in ducting/ductwork manufacture would be desirable.
The role will involve: machine operating, production, packing, loading and unloading goods in, as well as general warehouse duties - some heavy lifting involved.
Responsibilities:
· The position will involve assembly work of various products.
· Packing and labelling of goods ready for despatch.
· Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
· Movement and organisation of stock for assembly / distribution.
· Full training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate
· A confident person with good communication skills.
· Good literacy and numeracy skills.
· Basic knowledge of IT.
· The ability to accurately process assembly documentation.
· Practically minded.
· Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
· Good understanding of Health and Safety.
· Previous product assembly, distribution or warehousing experience would be advantageous.
You may also have experience in:
Product Assembly, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Building, Manufacturing, Production, Packaging, Distribution, Warehousing, Teamwork, Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT), Export, Loading / Unloading, Manual Handling.
