Administrative Analyst

RMG | Hoddesdon | Full Time – Office based

We're looking for a detail-focused Administrative Analyst to join our team, supporting key administrative and governance activities to ensure our clients remain compliant.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately, including:

Manage changes to company officers, including appointments and resignations

Maintain members registers for client resident management companies

Submitting statutory confirmation statements and accounts to Companies House

Process identity checks as required as part of the appointment process

Managing incoming mail and distributing it across the business on the day of receipt

Processing and banking customer cheque payments

Issuing accounts for client approval and signing

You'll need to:

Be highly organised with strong time management and a high level of attention to detail

Communicate confidently with both internal stakeholders and external clients, delivering excellent customer service

Be confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook, with intermediate Excel skills

Be able to make sound decisions both independently and as part of a team
