Primary activities will include the production of repair quotations along with follow up on open quotations to secure orders from customers, in an efficient and accurate manner.On a typical day you will:Act upon leads from various channels (Insurance Reports/ Risk assessments/ Upgrades/ Customers/ Service Managers) and use the repair fixed-price packages to create quotation according to prioritiesUse the information in CRM to ensure that the quotation gets to the correct recipientCall customers to follow up on quotes issued, within agreed timeframesCheck outstanding works on the unit in question to adequately prepare for customer callsAnswer customer questions and secure booking confirmation ordersWhat You Will Need to be Successful:Accountability follows through on commitments and makes sure others do the same.
