Full job description

About the Role:

Easy Grab Go Ltd is looking for a proactive, reliable, and hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operation of our Romford store. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing store rotas, and maintaining financial and stock integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, open/close procedures, hygiene, health & safety, and safety checks following SOPs.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and allocate tasks to store staff and temporary workers. Create standard store rotas within specified labour budgets.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle inquiries/complaints, and drive customer satisfaction.
Cash & Token Control: Enforce payment controls (card-only counter & self-service token machines) and oversee daily token machine collections and reporting under strict two-person controls.
Stock & Prize Management: Manage inventory replenishment, prize presentations, machine availability, and stock audits.
Reporting & Escalation: Maintain operational records, investigate sales/stock discrepancies, and escalate operational issues promptly.

Requirements & Working Pattern:

Hours: 40 hours per week across 6 working days (normally Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday as the standard rest day).
Shifts: Must be flexible to work daytime, evening, and weekend closing shifts (closing shifts on Friday/Saturday may end at or after 23:00).
Right to work in the UK and satisfactory identity checks required.
Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
High level of honesty, detail orientation, and adherence to security/cash control policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
