Looking for a first commercial opportunity where you can learn, contribute, drive direct sales results, and actually see yourself progressing?

We’re growing our Liverpool team and looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join us. You’ll gain practical experience across direct customer acquisition, live venue promotions, sales presentation, and event brand activation while developing the professional skills needed for your next career move.

No previous sales or events experience is required. We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support, you bring the curiosity and ambition.

Get Involved From Day One

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Support live event setups, brand pop-ups, and customer acquisition campaigns across Liverpool
Interact face-to-face with event visitors to present client offerings and drive account sign-ups
Assist with site layout, promotional displays, and daily brand presentation standards
Help gather customer feedback and track event sales conversion insights
Support daily team briefings, target setting, and pitch strategy workshops
Contribute creative ideas and learn practical event sales tactics
Maintain professional brand presentation standards in high-footfall event locations
Develop high-value communication, negotiation, and commercial sales skills

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need an event or sales background. You might be a great fit if you’re:

Curious about event marketing, consumer sales, and business growth
Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with diverse audiences
Target-driven, proactive, and willing to share ideas during team huddles
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your feet during active shifts
A strong communicator, active listener, and supportive team player
Motivated to learn customer acquisition strategies and build a long-term career

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or reception is helpful but not essential.
