Territory Manager

Advanced Wound Care
Field based – Staffordshire & Shropshire

If you are motivated by results, enjoy building meaningful relationships and want your work to genuinely improve patient outcomes, this role offers the chance to do exactly that.

As a wound care Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a defined geography, driving growth across an on formulary advanced wound care portfolio. This is a direct to headcount position, working for our client. You will be a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, combining clinical credibility with commercial insight to influence positive change across your accounts.

You will work within a supportive local matrix team, using data, insight and modern selling techniques to unlock opportunities and deliver sustainable success. This is a role with autonomy, visibility and purpose, well suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare sales.

What you will be responsible for

Owning and delivering a clear territory strategy through robust business and account planning
Growing existing advanced wound care accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across community, primary and secondary care
Driving formulary pull through in collaboration with internal colleagues and clinical partners
Achieving sales, market share targets and agreed performance KPIs
Using CRM and available data tools to prioritise accounts and track performance effectively
Delivering compelling, value led product and clinical conversations using Challenger style selling
Providing high quality education through customer meetings, study days and exhibitions
Managing your territory with a proactive, organised and insight led approach
Sharing best practice and learning through regional and national meetings
Proactively developing your clinical, product and market knowledge

What we are looking for

Demonstrable healthcare sales experience
Experience in wound care or medical devices is desirable but not essential
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable territory plans
Confident, credible influencing skills with senior clinicians and decision makers
Clear, engaging communication and presentation skills across face to face and virtual channels
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within matrix teams
Drive, resilience and pride in delivering consistent results
Adaptability in a fast evolving healthcare environment
A strong customer focus and commitment to improving patient care
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools

Qualifications

Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
