We are currently seeking a highly driven Telesales / Lead Generation executive to enhance our market presence and grow our customer base.
THE ROLE:
This is a part time role reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an important member of our internal sales team, responsible for driving company growth by generating sales leads for our Business Development Executives.
You will be responsible for identifying decision makers within prospect organisations through online research and securing leads that meet predetermined targets based on sector and location. You will be expected to establish a robust sales pipeline and achieve 30+ booked appointments per month for our Business Development team.
Your role will also include accurately inputting data into our CRM system, ensuring timely follow ups, meeting your agreed KPIs, participating in Sales meetings and collaborating with the sales team to reach the growth targets for new business.
YOU
You will:
- Be an ambitious, Telemarketer/ Lead Generator or similar, with experience in cold calling and a strong track record of success.
- Be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, in addition to strong influencing and networking skills.
- Possess a strong desire for success and be committed to do the work necessary to achieve results.
- Be a self-disciplined, confident decision maker who takes full responsibility for their own performance.
