We have a strong leadership team to support this role. There is an Operational manager, Clinical Leads and a wider network of operational and team managers within the Community Mental Health Teams and Targeted Services.

With the community transformation ongoing, there is so much development and innovation going on in Cornwall's delivery of mental health services.
We are working to create a core mental health offer working across the East area of Cornwall. This is a time of joint working with all services and sees us create networks of support for people with severe mental health problems.
The Team Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and will work closely with the Operational Manager and Clinical leads on transformation and development of the service.
We are looking for a team manager who can lead compassionately and work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure they are fully supported in providing needs-led care and treatment for our service users.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
