Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Orangebox, Parc Nantgarw, CF15 7QU
Contract: Full Time, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £29,000 dependant on experience

You'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to help ensure the right materials are available at the right time, while gaining valuable experience across procurement, planning and supplier management. About the Role:
You'll be responsible for managing the supply of allocated materials, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods, maintain optimal stock levels and support business objectives. Along with:
- Monitor demand and inventory levels, proactively identifying and managing supply risks to ensure continuity of supply.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, managing day-to-day communications and helping to resolve supply chain challenges quickly and effectively.
- Support cost and efficiency improvements through supplier negotiations, inventory optimisation and continuous review of supply chain performance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Planning and Product Development teams, to support operational requirements and new product introductions.
- Analyse supplier performance, market trends and key supply chain metrics, providing insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Contribute to supply chain improvement projects, helping to implement innovative practices and drive continuous improvement across the function.
About You:
You'll be organised, analytical and eager to develop a career in Supply Chain. Whether you're a recent graduate or have gained experience in a supply chain, procurement, planning or administrative role, you'll enjoy working with data, solving problems and collaborating with others. Along with:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
