Great opportunity to join a fast-growing company within the mailing packaging industry. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Account Manager. Previous industry knowledge isn't essential but would be an advantage, full training will be provided. Full support and training will be provided, candidates must have good IT skills, ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers alike, confidence to get involved and attention to detail.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop effective working relationships with customers to create and identify further business opportunities.
· Project Management of key accounts from enquiry / quotation stage through to completion
· Liaise internally with appropriate departments in order to facilitate the customers’ requirements within their expectations whilst managing internal expectations.
· Learn to create works instructions in line with industry specifications, ensuring all customer instructions are checked and accurate.
· Ensure physical, and electronic works instructions are updated and maintained with any complex instructions.
· Liaise with external suppliers regarding deliveries of goods.
· Ensure produced invoices for work undertaken is completed accurately and on time as per the companies invoicing requirements.

· Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365.
· Excellent negotiating, customer service and relationship management skills

· Ability to handle difficult situations whilst remaining calm
