The Godfrey Group is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Multi-Site Housekeeping Manager to support our contract cleaning operations across 2 of holiday parks.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional cleaning standards and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping operations across multiple holiday park locations.
- Lead, motivate, and support Supervisors, Checkers, and Cleaning Teams.
- Ensure both parks consistently meet company and client cleaning standards.
- Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Monitor labour costs, productivity, and staffing levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with holiday park management teams.
- Investigate complaints and implement effective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company procedures.
- Assist with mobilisation of new contracts and provide operational support where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing housekeeping within hotels, holiday parks, or contract cleaning.
- Experience managing multiple sites is desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Is computer literate, with basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
