Accounts Assistant

Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several of the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, MG, Geely, Omoda,Jaecoo, Lepas, Chery & Nissan. We also opened our first Prestige used car center in early 2018 and have further plans for expansion in the near future.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team based in Doncaster. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours may be considered

33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) (Pro-Rata If Part Time)

Role Responsibility

· Code and check invoices

· Pay out money via BACS or by cheque

· Check and reconcile supplier statements

· File invoices and statements

· Deal with purchase enquiries

Skills Required

· Computer Literacy (Microsoft essential - ADP desirable)

· Experience in a similar accounting function

· Interpersonal skills

· Efficient time management & ability to prioritise workload

· Good organisation skills and accuracy of work

As Accounts Assistant you will be a self-starting, enthusiastic team player who is

· A great relationship and rapport builder

· A confident person and a good communicator

· A retail sales professional

Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
