As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of selling both new and used vehicles while delivering unparalleled customer service. Role Responsibilities

The Sales Executive position at Swansway Motor Group is an integral part of our sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Sell our comprehensive range of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Ensure compliance with all sales processes while embodying our brand values.
Engage in the marketing and display of vehicles to attract potential customers.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who has a passion for the automotive sales industry and is eager to grow within a supportive environment. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry.
A process-driven mindset with adaptability to new sales strategies.
Strong team player capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a valid driving licence.
