We are looking for a Head of Brand Strategy who can take ownership of brand direction, client strategy, and creative positioning across multiple projects. This is a senior role for someone who understands how to turn business goals into strong brand ideas, practical campaigns, and long term client value.
You will work closely with senior leadership, creative teams, marketing specialists, and clients to develop brand strategies that are clear, memorable, and commercially effective. You will be expected to lead strategic thinking, guide creative direction, manage client expectations, and help brands stand out in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Leadership:
Develop and lead brand strategies, positioning frameworks, messaging direction, and creative planning for clients and internal projects.
Creative Direction:
Guide the creative direction of campaigns, brand identities, visual concepts, and content ideas to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Work with clients, senior management, designers, marketers, and external partners to present brand strategy, explain creative decisions, and recommend practical next steps.
Brand Research and Insight:
Review market trends, competitor activity, audience behaviour, and client goals to support stronger brand decisions and clearer positioning.
Team Leadership:
Support and guide designers, marketers, content specialists, and project teams. Provide clear feedback that improves creative quality and strategic thinking.
Campaign and Messaging Development:
Create strong campaign messages, brand narratives, value propositions, and communication frameworks that help clients connect with their target audience.
Performance and Brand Review:
Review brand activity, campaign outcomes, client feedback, and growth opportunities to improve future strategy and creative delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, agency work, brand management, or a similar senior creative role.
Leadership:
Previous experience leading brand projects, creative teams, client accounts, agencies, freelancers, or cross functional project teams is strongly preferred.
Brand Strategy Skills:
Strong knowledge of brand positioning, messaging, audience insight, campaign planning, creative direction, and brand identity development.
Commercial Understanding:
You understand how brand strategy connects to customer trust, lead generation, client retention, market visibility, and long term business growth.
Communication:
You can explain brand strategy clearly to clients, senior management, creative teams, and non technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
You are confident handling unclear briefs, client concerns, creative challenges, changing priorities, and competitive market pressure.
Mindset:
You are strategic, creative, commercially aware, and detail focused. You know how to balance strong ideas, client expectations, brand consistency, and business results.
Pay: £4,500.00-£5,800.00 per month
