About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CCDO Gold Card Supervisor to oversee demolition operations on a busy site. The successful candidate will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all demolition activities while leading a team of operatives to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day demolition works in line with site plans and RAMS
Lead and coordinate demolition operatives, ensuring safe working practices
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily checks
Ensure compliance with NFDC, HSE, and site‑specific regulations
Liaise with site management
Monitor progress, report issues, and maintain accurate site documentation
Support the implementation of environmental and waste‑management procedures
Identify hazards and enforce corrective actions promptly

Essential Requirements

Valid CCDO Gold Supervisor Card (Red Card CCDO Trained Operative Demolition Supervisor will be considered)
Proven experience supervising demolition teams
Strong understanding of demolition techniques
Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation
Ability to read and interpret site drawings and method statements
Strong communication and leadership skills

Desirable Qualifications

CAT B Asbestos Certification
First Aid at Work

Pay rate depends on tickets & experience.
