What you will be doing:
This role blends client relationship building with administrative support, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth business operations. We are looking for a confident, personable Business Partner/ Client Service Associate to be the trusted face our clients turn to— someone who thrives on solving problems, building rapport, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Main responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – serve as the primary daily contact for client accounts. Act as the face of the firm to build trust, resolve queries, and handle escalations / complaints professionally
- Onboarding & compliance - guide new clients through the onboarding process, which includes assisting with contracts, executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and updating CRM databases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - partner with internal departments (e.g., Bookkeepers, Accountants, Finance, Payroll) to resolve client issues and execute requests smoothly
- MazApp Support- triage incoming manual and electronic communications / workflows to ensure teams work with work-ready files.
You will bring:
- Proven experience within client services, account management or a professional services support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the business
- Demonstrates a flexible approach to problem solving and ability to think strategically and autonomously
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
- Respectful, trustworthy, polite, honest, and strong work ethic
Training & Development
You don’t need accountancy knowledge to succeed, we will teach you everything you need to know.
