Llangefni, Anglesey
24 hours PW
Weekend rota required

At Anglesey Holiday Lettings, we’re looking for another friendly, organised and dependable person to join our Guest Services team.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody with previous customer service experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems and being part of a hardworking team. Whilst the role will initially focus on guest communication and bookings support, there is real opportunity for the position to develop over time for the right person.

We are a growing independent business with a strong reputation for looking after both guests and property owners properly. We’re not corporate and we pride ourselves on being approachable, honest and supportive.

What the role involves

Speaking with guests over the phone, by email and via messaging platforms
Assisting guests before, during and after their stay
Managing booking enquiries and reservations
Supporting day-to-day guest services administration
Helping resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments
Ensuring guest information and booking systems are kept accurate and up to date
Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times

What we’re looking for

Previous customer service experience is essential
Confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible approach to weekends and busy holiday periods

Experience within hospitality, travel, holiday lets or tourism would be beneficial, but is not essential.
