- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and support

- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress within CRM platforms
- Attend industry events and networking functions as required to promote our brand
Skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Welsh is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join the RevStack team. This is a mix of cold calling or D2D outbound sales role focused on reaching small independent businesses across the UK. Your job is to start conversations, understand what a business currently uses and identify whether there's an opportunity for us to help.
You won't be reading from a script or pushing a product. You'll be representing a consultancy that genuinely helps businesses and that makes for much better conversations.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to SMB owners and decision-makers
- Research prospects and tailor your approach before picking up the phone
- Qualify leads by understanding a business's current POS and payment setup
- Book discovery meetings and demos for the senior team
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in our CRM
- Represent RevStack professionally. our reputation is built one call at a time
