AAA Recruitment is expanding its Cardiff-based sales team and is looking for ambitious, energetic and motivated individuals to join an exciting entry-level sales opportunity.
No previous sales experience is required. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the willingness to learn.
From day one, you will receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching designed to help you develop confidence, communication skills and practical sales experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will represent established clients through face-to-face customer interactions in residential areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking directly with potential customers
- Building rapport and creating engaging conversations
- Introducing products, services and promotional offers
- Understanding customer needs and answering questions
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
- Developing your communication and sales skills through regular coaching
- Representing clients professionally
This is a field-based, customer-facing role, so you should be comfortable being active throughout the day and speaking with a wide range of people.
