We are looking for an experienced Manageress / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manageress will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability, as well as provide leadership and guidance to staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate staff members.
- Ensure that all staff are following company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
