Guest Services Receptionist

Location: Cardiff Central
Salary: £27,950 per annum
Hours: 40 hours, Monday–Friday between 7:00am – 6:00pm (shift pattern)
Reporting to: Concierge Manager

The Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys hosting, helping others and creating excellent first impressions. Our site team delivers a service experience inspired by five-star hospitality, combining professionalism, warmth and attention to detail.

Previous reception experience isn't essential - attitude, confidence and a natural ability to make people feel welcome matter most.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming visitors and colleagues with a warm, professional approach
- Managing visitor check-ins and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
- Setting up and resetting meeting rooms and event spaces
- Maintaining high presentation standards across reception and key areas
- Supporting the wider workplace and facilities teams

What we're looking for

Friendly, confident communication style
- Pride in personal presentation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic technology (Outlook, Teams, Word, Chrome)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine “how can I help?” mindset

Training will be provided, and we will support you in obtaining an SIA licence.
