Location: Swansea
Salary: Dependent upon experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Always represent the firm with the highest levels of customer care, integrity, and professionalism
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
Carry out filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and faxing as and when required
Generate letters/fee notes
Keep updated records and files
Processing credit/debit card payments and transactions
To continually review existing processes/procedures for continuous improvement
Check, sort, and forward emails and respond where necessary
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies, etc.)
Provide other administrative support and duties as and when required
Company Secretarial Services
Setting up clients, including money laundering procedures
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for statistical reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
Comfortable learning new software and systems.
Well-organised, accurate, detail-oriented and proactive.
A professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
Ensuring the confidentiality of client information.
