Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Primary Teacher/Mentor to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing classroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting students’ social and emotional development, and creating a positive space where children feel confident to explore and grow. Your energetic approach will motivate students to reach their full potential while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote active learning.
Foster positive behavior management strategies to create a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere.
Support students’ social-emotional development through mentorship, encouragement, and personalized attention.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure transparency and collaborative support.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs of students.
Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and engagement.

Experience

Prior experience in early childhood education or primary school teaching is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in behavior management techniques that promote positive student conduct.
Strong communication skills to effectively connect with young learners, parents, and team members.
Knowledge of age-specific educational practices and developmental milestones.
Ability to work proactively in a dynamic classroom setting with enthusiasm and energy.
A genuine passion for mentoring children and supporting their academic and personal growth.
