About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing, customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join our support team. You'll be the first point of contact for our staff and customers, helping people through technical problems over the phone, by email, and through our ticketing system.
This role is making sure people get fast, friendly help. As well as work from the UK office, you'll also work independently some of the time, so you'll need to be confident sorting things out on your own and know when to bring in the senior engineers. A majority of working pattern is in evenings and weekends,
What You'll Be Doing
Your days will be a mix of:
- Answering incoming support calls and giving first-line technical help
- Logging, prioritising, and managing incidents through the helpdesk system
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Supporting internal staff and external customers with day-to-day IT queries
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when needed
- Keeping accurate records of support requests and resolutions
In short: you'll be the friendly voice that keeps things running,
Who You Are
You're outgoing, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people, even when they're stressed or unsure what's wrong. You've got a confident telephone manner, strong troubleshooting instincts, and you stay calm under pressure.
You'll have previous experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk work, and be comfortable supporting Microsoft Windows, servers, and storage devices. Experience with Linux, ticketing systems, or supporting remote users is a bonus, but not essential what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
You'll need to be able to work independently during evening and weekend shifts, with good organisation and attention to detail.
What's in It for You
- Be part of an exciting and fun team that's rapidly growing
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies and customer environments
- Competitive rates based on experience
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A friendly and supportive working environment
- Clear opportunities to progress as the business grows
