The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional marketing role.
You will work alongside our Managing Director and experienced Marketing Consultant to help shape how OML is seen across the healthcare and MedTech sector.
You will have the opportunity to influence marketing strategy, deliver impactful campaigns, develop engaging content, strengthen our digital presence and help position OML as a recognised leader within the global rehabilitation technology market.

Duties and responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery
Working closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Consultant, you'll help plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth.
You will:
· Develop and manage campaign plans and marketing calendars
· Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns
· Deliver campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
· Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity
· Identify new marketing opportunities that support business growth
Content & Brand Development
Create engaging, meaningful content that tells the OML story.
This includes:
- Website content
- Email campaigns
- Social media
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Customer success stories
- Clinical communications
- Product literature
- Brochures
- Presentations
- Video and photography content
You will help ensure every piece of communication reflects our brand, values and reputation for clinical excellence.
Digital Marketing
Help strengthen OML's digital presence through:
- Website management
- SEO optimisation
- Email marketing
- CRM campaigns
- Digital advertising
- Marketing automation
- Lead generation
- Website performance improvements
- User engagement analysis
Social Media
Take ownership of our social channels by:
- Reviewing and improving current activity
- Planning engaging content
- Growing audience engagement
- Increasing brand awareness
- Monitoring analytics
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
Website Management
Support the ongoing development of the OML website through:
- Content updates
- Product pages
- Landing pages
- News articles
- User journey improvements
- Website optimisation
- Performance monitoring
Events & Industry Engagement
Support OML at exhibitions, conferences, webinars and training events across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities include:
- Event planning
- Marketing collateral
- Promotional campaigns
- Exhibition support
- Post-event communications
- Building relationships with clinicians, distributors and healthcare partners
Reporting & Insights
Help measure what matters by:
- Producing marketing reports and dashboards
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Website analytics
- Social media insights
- Email performance
- Market analysis
- Making recommendations based on data

Qualifications
CIM qualification or equivalent marketing accreditation
Experience & Skills
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following sectors:

You will ideally have experience with:

Eligibility
This role is open to candidates based anywhere within the United Kingdom who have the legal right to live and work in the UK. The successful candidate must be able to travel to our Salisbury headquarters and attend meetings, events and exhibitions across the UK and, on occasion, internationally.
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
