Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating stylish haircuts and grooming services that meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Effective communication in English is essential for understanding client preferences and ensuring satisfaction.

Duties

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and recommend suitable options.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Handle cash transactions and manage appointment bookings efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, shaving, and grooming.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A valid barbering qualification or certification is required.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge.
