About Us

Cycle Culture is an indoor cycling studio, specialty coffeehouse, and plant shop located in Tooting Bec, SW17. Founded by husband and wife duo Paul and Mili Saini, our goal is to offer a truly high-end experience in every part of what we do. We’ve carefully designed two distinct yet complementary spaces—our boutique cycling studio and our Scandi-inspired coffeehouse—with meticulous attention to aesthetics, functionality, and detail.

Though the coffeehouse shares a roof with the cycling studio, it proudly stands on its own. It’s a space designed not only for our cycling members but also for the wider community—a beautiful, modern environment equipped with top-tier tools for our team to succeed. The Ideal Candidate

This is a unique opportunity that blends barista duties, food prep, and front-of-house support—perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a dynamic, high-quality setting.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong passion for coffee, food, cycling, and above all, customer service.

Brings significant coffee experience and confident food preparation skills.
Can create consistent and beautiful latte art—this is a must.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) Level II Health & Safety certification.
Has a bright, enthusiastic personality and connects naturally with others.
Thrives under pressure, stays calm during busy shifts, and never sacrifices quality or service.
Can work independently without being micromanaged and shows up with reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.

We’re not looking for someone passing through. We’re looking for someone who’s seeking a long-term part-time role in a great environment with consistent hours and supportive colleagues.

Responsibilities

As a Front of House & Barista, you’ll wear a few different hats and keep the business running smoothly:

Front of House

Greet and assist all customers in the coffeehouse and plant shop
Check in cycling customers and ensure class flow remains on schedule
Support instructors and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members
Help with light maintenance and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Barista & Food Prep

Prepare and serve high-quality artisan coffee and wellness drinks
Create visually appealing and consistent food and drink presentations
Follow recipes precisely and maintain high hygiene standards
Deliver excellent customer service—even when things get tough

The beauty of this role is the balance—you’ll rotate between both areas to keep your day varied and engaging.
