Full-Time | 4-Day Week

Location: Southfields (New site opening)

Full-Time, Permanent – 40 Hours Over 4 Days

Salary: £26,500 – £28,800 (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role:

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. You’ll support daily routines, encourage children’s development, and work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child has a positive nursery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily nursery routines and EYFS activities
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
Encourage children’s learning and development through fun activities
Build children’s confidence and independence
Record observations using our parent communication system
Work collaboratively with the nursery team
Communicate professionally with parents and carers
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Genuine passion for working with children
Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety
Reliable and professional attitude
Essential Requirements
Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
Ability to provide 2 references
Right to work in the UK
