We have an exciting new vacancy for a Leisure Attendant to join our team at The Royal Bath hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouth's first hotel. Nestled in secluded grounds with breathtaking sea views, The Royal Bath Hotel offers a prime location on the Bournemouth coast, with easy access to the nearby town centre and train station while immersing yourself in the hotel's picturesque surroundings.

Duties include:

Providing excellent customer service to our members and hotel guests, sharing your knowledge of the club and being their first point of call for any queries.
Using our inhouse software, signing new members, taking bookings for classes and handling payments.
Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, changing rooms, and gym.
Conducting water quality testing to ensure health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role with valid pool responder or lifeguard training. This role offers part time hours including early mornings, day and evening shifts including weekends.
