IT Project Manager

Salary: £45,000.00 - £55,000.00

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, resources, and project documentation.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
Ensure quality standards and project governance are maintained.
Manage change requests and project scope effectively.
Support Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies as required.

Required Skills

Strong project planning and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
