Equans is looking for a M&E Technician to join our team at University of West London. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
Maintain and repair HVAC heating and water systems including BMS interfaces
Ensure health and safety compliance and participate in water hygiene tasks
Keep accurate maintenance and compliance records
Provide excellent service to university staff students and visitors
Collaborate with site teams and support subcontractors
Participate in on call rota as required

Who are you?

Recognised mechanical qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in building services or facilities management
Strong knowledge of mechanical plant and health and safety regulations
Effective fault finding and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Good communication and customer care skills
Well organised and flexible
